R502 was dispatched for a flooded basement. The basement was pumped out and the owner was advised to get a new pump.

E202, L402 and R502 responded for a possible chimney fire. E202 arrived and was notified by the owner that the wood stove pipe was glowing red just above the unit. The pipe was inspected and the walls were verified with the thermal imaging camera.

T302 was called out for a shed fire in 13’s district. T313 arrived first and stretched a 1 3/4 line. T302 arrived shortly after and reported to T313 to assist in the operation. Both trucks cleared within 30 mins.

E202 responded to a reported brush/wood pile on fire. The smoldering fire was extinguished and E202 was back in service within 30 mins.

M902 was called to verify a carbon monoxide detector that was activated. The cause was a low battery and all was fine.

T302 and R502 got dispatched to a tree touching high tension wires. The scene was secured and Hydro was notified. R502 stayed on location until it was cleared by Hydro.

This call was for a smell of gas inside a house. Due to the Hydro power being down, a generator was used to power the house and the exhaust fumes were the cause of the smell.

R502 responded to verify a co alarm in a house. The alarm was set off when the Hydro power was being restored.

E202 and T302 responded to 13’s district for power lines down. Ice from the roof slid down and tore the electrical entrance to the house. The scene was secured and Hydro was notified.

T302 was dispatched to a house fire in 7’s district. E207 arrived first and reported a house fully involved. T302 arrived and the crew was assigned fire attack while the driver was responsible for water shuttle. Due to the remote location, the house was a total loss even before the first arriving engine.
