  • Jan 1st -- Fire call(report of fire in the wall)
  • Jan 2nd -- Medical call
  • Jan 4th -- Fire call(smell of smoke in house)

    At 14:00, the house was called for a chimney fire. Upon arrival, flames were visible from the chimney. 1 crew laddered the roof while another crew went inside. The fire was extinguished and the chimney was cleaned.

  • Jan 8th -- Fire call(snowmobile fire in commercial garage)
    At 15:00, a call came in for smoke showing from a commercial garage. Capt.132 arrived first and reported that a snowmobile was on fire inside the garage. The machine was pulled out and extinguished and the building was checked with the thermal imaging camera.
  • Jan 9th -- Fire call(smoke in parking garage)
    At 17:30, the house responded the a 3 storey apartment complex for smoke coming from the garage. E202 arrived first and reported that the smoke was coming from the garage door opener. The crews checked for extension.

  • Jan 11th -- Fire call(vehicle fire extended to the house)
    At 12:00 we were dispatched to a car fire with exposures. E202 arrived and called out a working fire due to the fact that the fire was spreading to the house. The vehicle was extinguished and the house was checked out for extension.

    At 16:30, Engine 202 was called out to a house fire backing station #8(St-lazare). 202 responded with 6 on board and asssited with salvage and overhaul and then were cleared by command at 18:15
  • Jan 23rd -- Fire call(residential structure fire in Rigaud)
    At approx 22:00, Tanker 302 was called out for a structure fire backing station #7 (Rigaud). 302 responded with 6 on board. The initial task was for a search of the main floor.After completing the main floor,we proceeded to the basement to search for victims and found flames comming from a room. A line was stretched but the crew got pushed back from the intense heat. Command called for a complete evacuation due to unsafe conditions from possible roof and wall collapse.The next task was to proceed to a defensive attack and protect exposures.     At 21:30, we received a call for alarms sounding. Upon arrival, smoke was showing from a second floor window and a person still inside. Chief 102 took command and put in a working fire calling for a ladder (Vaudreuil-Dorion) and an additionnal engine (St-Lazare). Crews entered the building and proceded to the second floor to locate the victim and extinguish the fire. The house was checked for extension with the thermal imaging camera.
