At 18:30, we got dispatched house for heat coming from
the basement. Engine 202 arrived first and proceeded to the
basement. The cause of the heat was a broken pressure valve
from the hot water tank filling the basement with steam. The
hot water tank was shut off and crews cleared within the hour.

Tanker 302 got called out for automatic mutual aid backing
stations #12and #13(Vaudreuil) for a truck fire on highway 40
east. 302 arrived with Engine 212 and Tanker 313. T313 had already
stretched a line to start extinguishing the fire. E212 and T302
crews proceeded to help out in finishing the job.

At 12:30 all vehicles responded to a residential fire
alarm. Engine 202 arrived and found that a self cleaning oven
was the cause.

We got called out to a grass fire near the train tracks.
All trucks responded to the location. E202 and T302 handled
the call and cleared shortly after.

Engine 202 responded to a call for a tree branch touching
high tension wires. Upon arrival they found that windy conditions
made the branch touch the wires occasionally causing sparks.
Hydro Quebec was contacted and E202 cleared after securing the
scene.

All vehicles were dispatched to Hwy.342 and Bellevue
for an mvc involving a motorcycle vs.car. The motorcycle hit
the passenger side of the vehicle. There were no injuries for
the occupants of the vehicle. Police are still investigating
the scene due to the fact that the motorcycle driver had left
the scene.

Engine 202 and Rescue 502 responded to a house for a
possible smell of gas. At our arrival, E202 stretched a dry
1 ¾ line to the front door while R502 entered the building
with a gas detector. After checking out the whole building,
nothing was found and crews cleared the scene.
