The first call of the week was
for a fire alarm sounding in a local church. E202 responded
with five firefighters to investigate. The alarm was caused
by workers and all apparatus was cancelled and returned by command.

• June 4th – Fire call(Commercial fire alarm)
Hudson and a pump from St-Lazare
responded to a fire alarm at a commercial structure on Main
Road. Crews investigated the building and found no cause for
alarm. All trucks were returned by command 45 minutes after
arriving.

That night E202 with a crew of
five firefighters responded to a Vaudreuil address to help their
brothers fight a house fire.
• June 6th – Fire call (Commercial fire alarm)
L402 responded with four firefighters
to a St-Lazare school for a fire alarm. Crews arrived and were
held for a few minutes while an investigation was made.
• June 6th – Fire call(Gas call)
The ladder had just returned back
to quarters when another call was received for a gas call in
St-Lazare. Ladder 402 was out the door quickly with five firefighters
and on its way. St-Lazare arrived first and took command and
held all trucks on scene for a short while.

T302 and a crew of four responded
to a Mayfair address for a burn complaint. Crews extinguished
the fire and returned shortly afterwards.

While in station and placing equipment
back in service from the previous call, the station was alerted
by dispatch for and outside fire burning up against a building.
Crews arrived in Tanker 302 and extinguished the fire. All apparatus
was back in quarters and in service just after 0230 in the morning.

M902 and R502 with the jaws were
dispatched to an address on the 342. Hudson crews arrived to
find a minor call and services were not required. Vaudreuil
Fire also responded as it was in their district.

All Hudson trucks as well as E208
responded to a school on Main Road for a fire alarm. Crews investigated
the school and then returned after finding the school to be
safe.
• June 17th – Fire call (Automatic mutual aid)
Approximately one hour after returning
to the station crews were alerted by central for a fire alarm
in St-Lazare’s district. L402 with a crew of four fire
fighters responded form Hudson but were cancelled en route as
the call was found to be a false alarm.

Another hour after returning to
station, R502 was called to respond to St-Lazare for a fire
alarm. As the truck was leaving the station the call was cancelled.

• June 20th – Fire call (Automatic mutual aid)
R502 and a crew of four fire fighters
responded to a St-Lazare address for a fire alarm. Rescue stood
by on scene while crews investigated. R502 was back in Hudson
shortly after being cleared by St-Lazare command.
• June 20th – Fire call (Residential alarm)
Crews received the second call
of the day an hour after returning to the hall from their first
one. This time all Hudson trucks plus an Engine from St-Lazare
responded to a fire alarm sounding on Fairhaven Ave. Crews made
an investigation and returned after ensuring all was safe.
• June 20th – Fire call (Automatic mutual aid)
An hour and half after that Vaudreuil
received a call for a house on fire. Taking no chances, command
quickly called Pincourt and Hudson for extra manpower. Before
the trucks could call responding Vaudreuil command cancelled
the call for extra help as it was a smaller fire than reported.
• June 20th – Fire call(MVC)
That evening crews were alerted
for a car accident with injuries. Upon further questioning it
was determined that the call was not in the area and all trucks
were cancelled.

• June 24th – Fire call (Automatic mutual aid)
R502 and a crew of five firefighters
responded to an address in St-Lazare along with all trucks from
station #8 (St-Lazare). All trucks arrived and were held by
command as firefighters investigated the building. No cause
for alarm was found and all trucks returned in service.
