At 0750hrs we received a call for alarms at a high school. The station responded and found that a pull station was activated. After verifying the school, it was confirmed false alarm.

• March 3rd – Fire call(Kitchen fire)
At 1345hrs, the house received a call for a fire in a commercial kitchen. Upon arrival, chief 102 took command and were informed that the fire had started in the oven and smoke was throughout the building. Crews entered the building and confirmed that the fire was out. The thermal imaging camera was brought in by the rescue team and verified for extension. The building was ventilated with PPV and crews were cleared shortly after

At 1645hrs, Tanker 302 was called out to a barn fire backing station #7(Rigaud). After arriving on scene, Rigaud command cancelled us and T302 was back in service 20mins later.

Medic 902 and Rescue 502 responded for a MVC with possible people trapped. M902 arrived first with police and ambulance and after searching the area nothing was found.

At 1500hrs, we received a commercial alarm call. Upon arriving, we were notified that it was caused by renovation work being done.

At approx. 1200hrs Rescue 502 was called out for a flooding call. It was a 2 storey house with a broken water pipe in the 2nd floor bathroom. There was heavy water damage on all floors and basement. The basement was pumped out.

At 1550hrs, Rescue 502 responded to a house with 2ft of water in the basement. A broken water pipe was the cause.
March 14th – Fire call(Tree on wires)
Later that evening all vehicles responded to a call for a tree on wires. The tree had broken all 3 high tension wires. A safety zone was set up and crews waited for hydro to arrive.

At 1215hrs, Engine 202 and Medic 902 responded to a grease fire. On arrival, E202 found a person with 2nd degree burns to the right hand and left arm. The pot of oil was forgotten on the stove and the victim grabbed the pot and threw it outside. The victim was treated for burns and the vehicles were in service 30mins later.

Engine 202 responded to a high school to verify fire alarm. A pull station was activated by a student. E202 cleared shortly after.
• March 23rd – Fire call(Smell of smoke)
About an hour later, the house responded for a smell of smoke. The building is commercial on the first floor (paint store) and residential on the second floor (apartments). The first crew entered the building and found a light odor of electrical burning on all floors. The rear electrical room door was forced open and we found that the motor of the furnace was the problem. The power was cut to the unit and the owner was notified.

Tanker 302 was called out to a commercial fire backing station #7(Rigaud). T302 was on scene for about 2 hrs.

• March 28th – Fire call(Residential fire alarm)
At 0521hrs, all vehicles responded to a 2 storey house for a fire alarm. Nothing was found and crews cleared within 15mins.
