All vehicles were dispatched
to a house for a strong smell of smoke inside. The thermal imaging
camera was used to find the source of the problem. The cause
of the smell was burning wires on a plug. The owner had it repaired
and all vehicles cleared within 20 mins.

At approx. 20:00hrs, Rescue
502 got called out for a carbon monoxide call. Upon arrival
firefighters equipped with a gas monitor entered the house.
The cause for the alarm was a car running outside the garage
activated the detector.

All vehicles got called
out for an mvc with injuries. 2 vehicles were involved and one
patient had minor injuries. The victim was treated and the scene
was secured.
• Nov 10th – Medical call

Rescue 502 responded to
an mvc-roll over on highway 40 backing station #7. The vehicle,
which rolled over 3 times before coming to a stop, had 2 people
trapped inside. The rescue company started working on the car
by removing the driver’s door and doing a roof flap to
help extricate the victims. R502 was cleared by command after
about 45 mins.

Engine 202 and Rescue 502
responded to an apartment complex for a smell of smoke inside
the building. After searching for the cause, it was quickly
found that burnt food on a stove was the cause. No extension
was found near the stove and both vehicles were back in commission
shortly after.

Engine 202 received an automatic
mutual aid call for a commercial fire backing station #7. Upon
their arrival, command put in a working fire calling for more
resources. The store had smoke showing from the front. R502
was also called out for additional manpower and the cascade
system for filling air bottles. All crews worked through the
night to extinguish the blaze and E202-R502 was cleared by command
several hours later.

All trucks responded for
alarms sounding at a high school. E202 arrived first and took
command. Crews investigated the school and found that the alarm
was false.

E202 and R502 got dispatched
to a one vehicle mvc with minor injuries. Vaudreuil-Dorion fire
was also called as this call was just outside our district.
E202 arrived first and assumed command. The vehicle was stabilized
and the victim was treated and transferred to ems.
• Nov 24th – Fire call(Smell of propane)
All vehicles responded to
a reported smell of propane inside a house. E202 arrived first
and sent a crew inside to investigate. R502’s crew assisted
with the multi-gas detector. A faulty fireplace was found to
be the cause.
• Nov 25th – Medical call
• Nov 25th – Water rescue call
R502 and Boat 1502 responded
for a water rescue call. The call came in for possibly someone
unconscious in the water. The boat was launched from the marina
while the rescue’s crew donned dry suits and swam to the
victim who was about 60’ from the wharf. The victim was
brought back to shore and CPR was started. Ems transported the
patient to the hospital with one firefighter on board.
• Nov 26th – Fire call(Residential fire alarm)
E202 was sent to verify
a fire alarm activated by burnt food. At our arrival it was
confirmed false and E202 cleared.

All trucks responded for
a grass fire in a field. A brush pile was on fire and monitored
by contractors.
